ACS ROOF: The Modular, No-Drill Roof Rack for Your Ford Bronco

A low-profile, no-drill platform rack with infinitely adjustable load bars — engineered specifically for the Ford Bronco, fits all trim levels including painted hardtops, and built to expand as your gear does.

No-drill, bolt-on install. Comes with all mounting hardware.

  • No-drill, bolt-on — adds just 4 inches to your Bronco's height, with no permanent modification.
  • Fits all Bronco trim levels — designed to fit every Bronco trim, including painted hardtops.
  • Allows hardtop removal — the platform is designed so you can still remove the factory 3-piece hardtop.
  • Modular, adjustable load bars — slide into toothed channels so you can reposition gear or add bars as your setup grows.
  • Cross-brand compatible — works with T-track accessories from Thule, Rhino-Rack, and Yakima.
  • Side-access, lockable storage ready — pairs with the GearPOD ROOF side-opening, water-resistant, locking storage box.
  • Expandable platform — add more load bars to build out a solid, flat cargo surface as your needs grow.

Why ACS ROOF

ACS ROOF brings 10 years of Active Cargo System engineering — and hundreds of thousands of off-road testing miles — to the roof of your Ford Bronco. It's a modular, no-drill platform rack with infinitely adjustable sliding load bars, built stronger and lighter than typical roof rack systems, and easy enough to assemble yourself.

Every ACS ROOF is over-engineered and over-built in Corona, California, with Grade 10.9 black Zi-Ni fasteners, a dual-stage powder coat finish, and a low 4-inch profile that keeps your Bronco looking factory-clean. Removable corner caps make auxiliary lighting installation simple — no drilling or zip ties — and the platform is designed to still allow removal of the Bronco's 3-piece hardtop.
