Modularity Is The Whole Design
With all your gear on board and right where you need it, we started with modularity as the foundation. Full aluminum-alloy construction weighs in at a light 85 lb, with the highest static load rating in the industry at 1,400 lb — ready for anything you can throw at it.
ACS ROOF & ACS Platform
Both start from the same platform rack — full aluminum construction with toothed, full-length channels for tool-free load bar adjustment. What changes is how it attaches to your vehicle: ACS ROOF bolts to the factory mounting points on your SUV or truck cab, while ACS Platform mounts to the top of your existing ACS FORGED bed rack.
Structural rigidity comes from the exterior frame, not the load bars, so toothed channels run the full length of the rack instead of fixed bolt holes — load bars clamp anywhere along that channel and reposition in minutes with a few Leitner-branded torx bolts, even after the rack is installed. Extrusion rails are also hollow with removable corner caps, so wiring for auxiliary lighting runs cleanly inside the rail instead of on the outside with zip ties.
This isn't off-the-shelf 80/20 aluminum extrusion — Leitner's cross bar is a custom profile, 1.5–3.0mm multi-wall thick, at an improved 4.0″ × 1.2″ footprint with two T-slots — twice as wide and twice as strong as the single-T-slot extrusion most competitors run.

ACS Platform
A roof-rack-style platform that adds on top of your ACS FORGED bed rack — stacking extra T-slot real estate for a rooftop tent, MAXTRAX or lighting above what's already loaded in the bed. $850, mounting hardware included. Available for most compact, midsize and full-size trucks. Because ACS Platform bolts directly onto your existing ACS FORGED rails, there's no separate mounting kit to source or fit — the same T-slot channels, toothed load bar clamps and hardware you already run in the bed carry straight up onto the roof. That means every GearPOD, GateKeeper, light bracket and accessory in the Leitner ecosystem is just as much at home on top as it is below, and swapping a load bar between the bed rack and the platform takes the same few Leitner-branded torx bolts as repositioning one anywhere else on the system. It's the simplest way to add real rooftop capacity to a truck that already runs ACS FORGED — no separate roof rack purchase, no compatibility guesswork, and no change to the low, aerodynamic profile the rest of the system is built around.

Every GearPOD opens from the side, not just the top — reach in from the tailgate or walk up alongside the truck to grab what you need without climbing into the bed. It keeps frequently used items like tools, tie-downs and tire repair kits organized and within arm's reach, even with the rest of the rack loaded to capacity. GearPODs come in multiple sizes (including GearPOD HD and GearPOD Roof) so you can mix and match capacity across the rack and roof, and every one is weather-tight and lockable — dust, rain and road grime stay out, and gear stays put over washboard roads and rough trail. Removable and interchangeable across ACS FORGED and ACS ROOF platforms, they can be repositioned or swapped out entirely as your loadout changes from a day hunt to a multi-day backcountry trip.
DECKED Drawer Compatible
ACS FORGED and ACS TONNEAU both run clear of the DECKED USA drawer system, so you can run a dog kennel, sealed drawers for ammo and tackle, and a full rack overhead without giving up an inch of bed storage underneath.
Full Bed Access, Patented Design
ACS FORGED features a patented sliding rear load bar that rides the same T-slot channel as every other accessory. Slide it forward and you get full, unobstructed access to the bed of your truck for loading coolers, tree stands or a boat — then lock it back down at full capacity for the drive home, no tools or disassembly required.
GearPOD Security, Keyed Alike
GearPOD and GateKeeper share a single keyed-alike lock cylinder — one key opens every GearPOD and the GateKeeper on your rig, so firearms, rods and gear stay secured without juggling a keyring.
Want a padlock instead? Both GearPOD and GateKeeper accept an optional padlock hasp for your own lock.
Note: GearPOD HD uses its own dedicated lock and is not keyed alike with standard GearPOD or GateKeeper.

Steel brackets and hardware are Zi-Ni (zinc-nickel) plated, then finished in the same epoxy powder coat as the rest of the platform — tested to withstand 1,000+ hours of salt spray exposure, for maximum corrosion resistance in the most challenging conditions.
Note: ACS TONNEAU is not off-road rated, and the sliding rear load bar is not available on the TONNEAU platform.
