Shipping policy
Order Processing & Shipping Carriers
At Leitner Designs, we strive to process and ship all orders either the same or next business day. We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Once a package has been scanned and picked up by the shipping carrier, we no longer have the ability to cancel, intercept, or make changes to the shipment. Customers who wish to reroute a package must do so directly through the carrier, and any related fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Signature Requirements
For security purposes, all orders over $150 shipped via UPS require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Leitner Designs is not liable for packages returned due to missed signature attempts or delivery refusals.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address information, delivery refusals, or failure to retrieve the package will be held until we are contacted by the customer. Any costs incurred to re-ship the item(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or additional fees.
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping mishandling by UPS or USPS, please notify us immediately by emailing shipping@leitnerdesigns.com. We will file the damage claim on your behalf and coordinate the shipment of any necessary replacement products or components. To expedite this process, please include your order number, shipping label, and clear photos of the damage. Please note: claims must be made promptly after delivery to be eligible for support.
International Shipping
Leitner Designs ships within the United States only. We do not offer direct international shipping to Canada, Japan, or Australia, as those regions are serviced by our exclusive distributors:

Delivery Delays & Carrier Responsibility
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that once your package leaves our facility, shipping transit times and delays are outside of our control. Factors such as weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume seasons may affect your estimated delivery date. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress directly with the carrier.
