Michelle has been with Leitner Designs since day one and is currently the COO, supervising nearly all day-to-day operations & logistics. Her knowledge of the industry has been paramount to the growth of Leitner Designs, and more times than not will pick up the phone when you call. When she’s not wrangling all the details of the operation, she can be found riding her horse or 4 wheeling in her 2020 Jeep Gladiator. She is affectionately known as our “Team Mom” at the plant, and consistently over-delivers on all her parental duties.

WILL MARSHAL

USAF HIDE AND SEEK CHAMPION '21

Hanging out in the Overland community since its infancy in 2013, Will is a USAF Veteran and has been an active off-roader and off-road racer since he was eleven years old. Starting Forge Overland as a spin off from a local Offroad community in 2008, it took off in 2013. Twelve years, hundreds of friendships later and reaching millions of people monthly - Will has a pretty solid wedge of the adventure tastemaker market. Now tasked with handling Leitner Designs Marketing ambitions, Will will help shape the direction and vision of the brand. Will is the point of contact for all marketing requests.

MADISON PERRY

THE DELEGATOR

Maddie is the organizational backbone of Leitner Designs, supporting CEO Bernhard Leitner, COO Michelle, and the rest of the team with the many moving pieces that keep the company running day to day. She helps coordinate projects, manage operations behind the scenes, and make sure everyone has what they need to keep pushing forward. From organizing priorities to keeping communication flowing, Maddie plays a key role in helping the team stay focused and efficient. Known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, her sharp attention to detail and proactive mindset help keep projects on track and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Around the office, she’s often the one connecting the dots and keeping things moving. A Corona, CA native, Maddie loves soaking up the sun in Lake Havasu and makes it a point to visit the Bahamas at least once a year. When she's off the clock, you'll likely find her exploring the outdoors with her dog or spending time with family, poolside, lakeside or wherever the sun is shining.

CAROL ANNE HARVES

THE FINANCIAL CHEERLEADER

Carol Anne brings over 35 years of experience in the financial operations world to help the company stay on a solid financial base. She provides financial counsel in the areas of planning, budgeting, taxes, governmental requirements and all of the other fun stuff most business owners just love to do (not). When she’s not counting the coins of the business you may find her spending time with her buddy Olive, cheering on the Angels Baseball Team, or keeping tabs on her 7 grandchildren. Like any great cheerleader, no or never are words not found in her vocabulary.

NICK JAYNES

THE ANCHOR MAN

Native Oregonian Nick Jaynes spent seven years as an automotive journalist, on staff with Digital Trends then Mashable, before jumping over to PR. For several years Nick managed all communications for the Chevrolet car line at General Motors in Detroit before moving back home to Oregon and founding Diff Comms in 2018. Nick has been overlanding and off-roading since 2006. He now lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with his Labrador, Arlo.

THE BUILD BOSS

Sergio is the brains behind our warehouse operations, keeping every bolt, bracket, and box in check with military precision. As our Inventory Control Manager, he makes sure that orders go out on time and that our shelves stay stocked and organized. Born with a knack for tech, Sergio is a serious PC gaming enthusiast who also moonlights as a DJ—so whether it's a crate of gear or a crate of vinyl, he handles it with style. When he's not managing inventory or mixing tracks, you’ll likely find him carving down snowy slopes on his snowboard. Sergio keeps our warehouse running like a well-oiled machine—and maybe drops a beat or two while he's at it.

ADRIAN WILSON

THE SHIPPING GURU

Adrian is Leitner Designs shipping and receiving guru. He ensures that all products are carefully packaged and shipped out in a timely manner. Adrian's main focus is to ensure all customer's receive their orders accurately and on time, while also maintaining a high level of quality control. With his attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction, Adrian plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our shipping department. Outside of work, Adrian can be found spinning tracks as a DJ at local events or hitting the trails on his mountain bike. His passion for music and outdoor adventures adds to his well-rounded personality and energy in the workplace. Next time you stop in to pick up or when you email for a shipping update, you can rest assured that Adrian will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met.

DAN BAKER

DAPPER DAN

Dan’s lifelong passion for traveling the USA, both on and off the beaten path, has shaped his journey. From an early age, trucks and off-road vehicles were a constant presence, and his love for purpose-built machines began when he learned to drive his dad’s vintage Willys. This sparked his future in the truck and off-road market, eventually leading him to create a manufacturing group focused on high-performance parts. With over 20 years of partnership with the Leitner family, Dan has supplied components to AMP Research and worked closely with Bernhard as Leitner Designs started in 2014. Today, he focuses on B2B business development, fueling growth for the Leitner brand. And that vintage Willys? It’s patiently waiting in a barn for its eventual rebirth.

Following in her father’s footsteps, Maddi is now a key part of the Leitner brand, focusing on B2B business development. She quickly became a vital member of the team, engaging with dealers confidently and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. Dealer sales are central to Leitner Designs, and Maddi’s contributions have been invaluable. Growing up, Maddi's family traveled across the U.S., exploring National Parks and enjoying local water parks, fueling her lifelong love for travel. When not traveling, she enjoys running or relaxing at the beach. Thanks to Maddi’s passion and dedication, our dealer relationships have never been stronger.
