ACS FORGED TONNEAU: The Complete Bed Rack for Your Toyota Tonneau Cover

The complete ACS FORGED TONNEAU rack — all-aluminum, fully modular, and designed to run over a compatible T-Slot Rail tonneau cover you own or plan to buy.

In stock. This is the complete rack, not a conversion kit — you'll need a compatible tonneau cover, owned or purchased separately.

Note: does not fit Trail Special Edition bed storage boxes. The 2001–2006 Tundra 6'-4" bed application works only with Pace Edwards compatible covers.

Compatible Tonneau Covers

Our system is currently compatible with the following retractable tonneau covers: Retrax Pro XR (manual or electric), Retrax EQ, Retrax One XR (manual or electric), Pace Edwards Explorer Series Rails, and Pace Edwards UltraGroove. Other covers not listed have either not been tested, or their T-slot dimensions and/or retractable portion may interfere with rack installation and operation — call us to verify fitment on covers not listed.

What's included with the RACK ONLY option?

This is the complete ACS FORGED TONNEAU rack. You'll need a compatible T-Slot Rail tonneau cover — owned already or purchased separately — to run it over.

Does it work with Trail Special Edition storage boxes?

No. This rack does not fit trucks with Trail Special Edition bed storage boxes.

Which Toyota trucks and bed lengths does it fit?

It fits the Toyota Tacoma (2005–2026, short and long bed) and Tundra (2001–2006 and 2007–2026 across 6'4" and 5–7" beds, with or without the Deck Rail System). Note that the 2001–2006 Tundra 6'4" application works only with Pace Edwards compatible covers.

Which tonneau covers is it compatible with?

Retrax Pro XR, Retrax EQ, Retrax One XR, Pace Edwards Explorer Series Rails, and Pace Edwards UltraGroove. Other covers may not be tested or may interfere with installation — call to verify fitment on anything not listed.

What is the load capacity?

The ACS FORGED TONNEAU is rated at 800 lbs static (parked) and 400 lbs on-road dynamic. Because the rack is secured through the tonneau cover, we don't publish a safe off-road weight limit.
