Does the ACS FORGED require drilling to install?

No. The ACS FORGED is a bolt-on bed rack that comes with all mounting hardware and installs with basic hand tools.

Which Ford trucks and bed lengths does it fit?

It fits the Ford Maverick, Ranger, Ranger Raptor, Raptor, F-150 (including Lightning), and F-250/F-350/F-450 across bed lengths from 4'6" to 8', with model coverage from 1999-2026. Select your exact model, year, and bed length to get the correct part number.

What is the load capacity?

The ACS FORGED is rated at 1,400 lbs static (parked), 800 lbs on-road dynamic, and 400 lbs off-road dynamic.

Can I make the rack taller?

Yes. Standard rack height is 23 inches, and you can add up to 4 inches with the Forged Riser Kit.

Will my existing rack accessories fit?

The ACS FORGED fits most T-20 slot Thule, Rhino-Rack, and Yakima accessories, and it's fully upgradable with Leitner's expanding accessory range using the patented TrakLok mounting system.
