Does the ACS FORGED require drilling to install?

No. The ACS FORGED is a bolt-on bed rack that comes with all mounting hardware and installs with basic hand tools.

Which Nissan trucks and bed lengths does it fit?

It fits the Nissan Frontier (2005-2021 and 2022+, 5' and 6' beds) and Titan (5'6" and 6'6" beds). Select your exact model, year, and bed length to get the correct part number.

What is the load capacity?

The ACS FORGED is rated at 1,400 lbs static (parked), 800 lbs on-road dynamic, and 400 lbs off-road dynamic.

Can I make the rack taller?

Yes. Standard rack height is 23 inches, and you can add up to 4 inches with the Forged Riser Kit.

Will my existing rack accessories fit?

The ACS FORGED fits most T-20 slot Thule, Rhino-Rack, and Yakima accessories, and it's fully upgradable with Leitner's expanding accessory range using the patented TrakLok mounting system.

Custom Black fasteners: The grade 10.9 fasteners are especially designed and manufactured just for the ACS FORGED. The Black Zi-Ni coating is the toughest on the market and each bolt is precoated with Loctite to prevent loosening under extreme vibration.
