Q: Does the ACS FORGED require drilling to install?

No. The ACS FORGED is a bolt-on bed rack that comes with all mounting hardware and installs with basic hand tools. Note that 2019+ Sierra/1500 and 2020+ 2500/3500 also require the GM Rear Support Bracket.

Does the ACS FORGED require drilling to install?

YES. The ACS FORGED requires minor drilling and the installation of outserts for the rear support arms. ACS Forged comes with all mounting hardware and installs with basic hand tools and a drill. Note that 2019+ Sierra/1500 and 2020+ 2500/3500 also require the GM Rear Support Bracket.

Which GMC trucks and bed lengths does it fit?

It fits the GMC Canyon, Sierra 1500, 2500HD, and 3500HD across 5' to 8' bed lengths, model years 2001–2026. Select your exact model, year, and bed length above to get the correct part number.

What is the load capacity?

The ACS FORGED is rated at 1,400 lbs static (parked), 800 lbs on-road dynamic, and 400 lbs off-road dynamic.

Can I make the rack taller?
