Installation

ACS ROOF installs with basic hand tools and no drilling — most owners complete the install in under an hour.

Position the rack

Set the ACS ROOF frame onto the Defender's factory roof mounting points.

Secure the fasteners

Attach using the included Grade 10.9 black Zi-Ni fasteners with Loctite, torquing to the spec in the install guide.

Adjust the load bars

Slide the load bars into the toothed channels and position them for your gear before locking them in place.

Confirm shark fin clearance

Check that the rear load bar clears the shark fin antenna with the low-clearance design.
