Can I get a spare key?

We don't carry spare keys, so store one of your two included keys somewhere safe.

Will multiple LOX mounts share the same key?

We can't guarantee it - any two LOX mounts may not be keyed alike.

My lock feels stuck, what should I do?

This is common for metal locks exposed to weather. Spray graphite or another lubricant like PB Blaster into the lock to prevent rusting.
